개인정보 처리방침
Previaworks(이하 '회사')가 제공하는 서비스인 초간편고객관리(이하 '앱')와 관련하여 사용자의 개인정보를 보호하고
관련 법령을 준수하기 위해 다음과 같은 개인정보 처리방침을 수립하여 공개합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집방법
회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 다음과 같은 최소한의 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.
- 사용자가 직접 입력하는 정보: 이름, 회사/조직명, 전화번호, 이메일 주소, 상담 기록 메모 등 (이 모든 정보는 사용자의 기기에 로컬로 저장되며,
사용자가 명시적으로 구글 드라이브 백업 기능을 실행할 때만 전송됩니다.)
- 서비스 이용 과정에서 생성되는 정보: 기기 식별값(ADID/IDFA), 서비스 이용 기록, 접속 로그, 쿠키, 오류 보고 정보.
- 카메라 및 사진첩 접근: 상담 기록 및 고객 정보 이미지 첨부를 위해 카메라 촬영 및 사진첩 접근 권한을 요청합니다.
2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적
수집된 개인정보는 다음의 목적을 위해 활용됩니다.
- 서비스 제공: 고객 및 상담 관리 기능 제공, 데이터 로컬 저장 및 관리.
- 데이터 백업: 구글 드라이브를 통한 사용자의 데이터 백업 및 복원 기능 지원.
- 분석 및 광고: Google Analytics 4(GA4)를 통한 서비스 개선 통계 분석, Google AdMob을 통한 맞춤형 광고 제공.
3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 원칙적으로 사용자의 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않으나, 효율적인 서비스 제공을 위해 다음의 외부 서비스를 이용합니다.
- Google Analytics (GA4): 앱 이용 행태 분석 (비식별화된 정보).
- Google AdMob: 광고 송출 및 관련 통계 분석.
- Google Drive API: 사용자가 직접 선택한 경우에 한해 데이터 백업 저장소로 활용.
4. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간
- 사용자의 고객 관리 데이터는 앱 삭제 시 기기에서 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 구글 드라이브에 백업된 데이터는 사용자가 직접 삭제하거나 구글 계정에서 데이터 액세스 권한을 철회할 때까지 유지됩니다.
- 분석 및 로그 정보는 관련 서비스(GA4 등)의 정책에 따라 일정 기간 보관 후 파기됩니다.
5. 이용자의 권리와 그 행사방법
사용자는 언제든지 앱 내의 설정을 통해 데이터를 수정하거나 삭제할 수 있으며, 기기의 설정 메뉴를 통해 앱 권한(카메라, 사진첩 등)을 철회할 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy
Previaworks (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') establishes and discloses the
following privacy policy regarding its service, SoEasyCRM (hereinafter referred to as
'the App'), to protect users' personal information and comply with relevant laws.
1. Items of Personal Information Collected and Methods
The Company may collect the following minimum information to provide services:
- Information entered directly by users: Name, Company/Organization, Phone number,
Email address, Communication notes, etc. (All this information is stored locally on the user's
device and is only transmitted when the user explicitly executes the Google Drive backup function.)
- Information generated during service use: Device identifier (ADID/IDFA), service
usage records, access logs, cookies, and error report information.
- Camera and Photo Library Access: We request permission for camera and photo library
access to attach images to communication records and customer information.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The collected information is used for the following purposes:
- Service Provision: Providing customer and communication management functions, local
data storage, and management.
- Data Backup: Supporting data backup and restore via Google Drive at the user's
request.
- Analysis and Advertising: Statistical analysis for service improvement through
Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and providing personalized advertisements through Google AdMob.
3. Third-party Provision of Personal Information
In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties, but uses the
following external services for efficient service provision:
- Google Analytics (GA4): App usage behavior analysis (de-identified information).
- Google AdMob: Ad delivery and related statistical analysis.
- Google Drive API: Used as a backup storage only if selected by the user.
4. Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information
- User management data is deleted from the device when the app is uninstalled.
- Data backed up to Google Drive is retained until the user deletes it or revokes data access
permission from their Google Account.
- Analysis and log information are destroyed after being stored for a certain period according to the
policies of the relevant services (GA4, etc.).
5. Rights of Users and How to Exercise Them
Users can modify or delete their data at any time through the app's settings and revoke app permissions
(camera, photo library, etc.) through the device's settings menu.
